Cheryl, Strategy Coaching

Speciality: Facilitation and strategy development

Cheryl has been running her own business for more than three years with the focus on the facilitation of the development of strategy, at both an organisational and a team level. She is equally comfortable facilitating leadership development and organisational change.

Her clients are primarily in the manufacturing, retail, insurance & educations sectors and include Bowler Metcalf, Bibette Manufacturers, Cape Underwear Manufacturers, Mediterranean Textiles Mills, the Graduate School of business (UCT), Sanlam, Woolworths and a number of schools.

Prior to running her own business Cheryl worked for Woolworths for more than 12 years. Three of those years were as an internal OD consultant on strategy formulation & organisation transformation. She spent nine years in Human Resource Management. Prior to this she worked for Adidas and Drake Recruitment in the HR field.
